Fedora documentation team switching to CC-BY-SA license

The Fedora documentation team has announced a switch from the Open Publication License (OPL) to the better-known Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license. Several reasons were given, including the fact that the OPL author now recommends switching to CC licenses. More information is available on the Fedora wiki.
