OTRS Help Desk software as a SaaS solution

The open source OTRS Help Desk software is now available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) variant called OTRS OnDemand. Vendor OTRS AG plans to use this service solution to target in particular small and medium-sized businesses which only have limited technical, human or financial resources available, but still require a help desk solution.
