Red Hat CEO Laments High Costs of IT, and Lack of Risk TakingThis week, Red Hat CEO Jim Whitehurst delivered a keynote address at the Interop show in New York, where he lamented the broken model that IT administrators currently work under. We’ve covered Whitehurst’s successes at Red Hat many times, as the company has delivered quarter after quarter of strong financial results based on a model of selling support and services for open source platforms.
