500,000+ Windows Live Spaces blogs migrated to WordPress

Microsoft has announced that it has already migrated more than half a million Spaces blogs to the open source WordPress blogging and publishing platform. In a post on the Inside Windows Live blog, Microsoft Windows and Windows Live Division Director Dharmesh Mehta says that, in addition to the already migrated blogs, “nearly half a million additional Windows Live customers have decided to create entirely new blogs on WordPress.com”.
