New English documentation, with new website!

It is with great pleasure that we can announce the availability of what we’ve been working on for the past few weeks: the update of the PrestaShop English documentation to v1.4, along with a new website (which used to only host the web-service documentation).

Without further ado, here is the definitive URL:
