OpenStack Summit is Approaching: Speakers Needed

The momentum behind the OpenStack cloud computing platform is picking up pace. Last week, we reported on how the OpenStack Foundation has just named its top leaders, and they are from heavy-hitting Silicon Valley companies. That news followed announcements from Red Hat, Rackspace and Canonical in just the past few days that show OpenStack to be emerging as the clear leader in open cloud platforms. And to top it al off, the OpenStack Summit is coming up October 15-18 in San Diego, Calif. The OpenStack community is now seeking submissions for speakers at the event, which looks like it is going to be one of the biggest cloud computing events of the year.
According to the OpenStack blog:
"We’ve gotten a lot of great speaking submissions, and would like your help shaping the agenda for the next OpenStack Summit, October 15-18, in San Diego.  We’ve made the submissions public for your input, and you have until Thursday, September 13, to vote up your favorites.
